Both 8s replaced. Makes sense.

I realise Charles is our biggest goalscoring threat and it's still 0-0 but I'd be tempted to bring on Bod in his place.

He looks spent, lacking the strength and pace to get the better of his opposing centre half and we desperately need additional physicality up front to reliev this pressure.
I'd be swapping out Vic for JDB instead. Charles is coming deeper for the ball and we're not getting any outlet. JDB and Vic are too similar in terms of what they offer.

Thomason's range of passing is going to be interesting here.

It's been a very nice game so far. Both teams not being overly physical, none of the welcome to the game tackles.

Oh, thought JDC was coming off then.

Never mind, we’ve got the ultimate finisher on now.

And now both strikers switched. High press then?

Urgh. Good run out from Vic and Charles. Dread the thought of Jerome up top, hope he breaks that duck of his, but can't see it happening.

Would've liked Charles to be still on the pitch, but amount of game time for each of them is probably about right, keep them fresh for the next cup game.

We seems to have regained a bit of a foothold since the substitutions.

Shooting spaces appearing outside the area for both 8s

VAR's only likely to flag it if it was in the box I guess.

Thomason looking likely to break through and get a shot off.

Needed to get the shot off quicker.
