FFS. JDC goes out to clear the ball, blocked off by their player, can't get to it and then it's the rest standing still while they strike it in.

Coleman not too much he can do about that one.

FFS.
Yeah, noticed that. Smoothly done. Course, Ross Joyce didn't see it - probably crying cos Rico isn't here for him to send off.

This has been poor, and only we can fix it.

HT Derby 0-0 Stevenage so it's not all bad

It's mostly far from good though

Well I predicted 3-2…
To Charlton?

They look like the only team to score. We've gone to pot.

Of course the ref can't see everything, but there's a linesman there as well and neither have managed to spot it. Not that i'd expect Joyce to be doing us any favours.

If anything i'm expecting his refereeing to be unsettling our usual game and making us weaker in any challenges 'just in case'.

Feels like the usual 'Robin Hood' game from Bolton.

That's just typifies our half. Josh Sheehan cross into the keepers hand. Terrible. Rocket up their arses needed. Unnacceptable.

Looks like the result we feared the performances post santos and Baxter have been threatening. Have to get Gomes on for something different, Dempsey and Maghoma useless again.

I'm at Insano levels of hyperbole, so for now, I'll just suggest IE has a quiet word at half-time and requests that they pull their socks up and try their very best in the second half.

We simply have to turn this round if we have designs on automatic promotion.

I can't help but feel they're there for the taking if only we play with more urgency and intent.

Get CMG on.

Issue is most of these are mentally weak. They know what is needed but are buckling under pressure.
Santos missing is clearly a massive issue. Charlton are bullying this team and we've got Sheehan.

If they have desires to go up then they need to start

a. fecking showing it.
b. fecking earning it.

We haven’t half shipped some goals from set pieces without santos.

Knob head "fans" booing the team off at half time.

Like that's going to help...

A goal we wouldn't have conceded if it weren't for the injury crisis.
Dixon-esque.

Always got the feeling Coleman had those moments in him. More than happy to be proved wrong of course. Lets hope its just a small number of incidents rather than a pattern.
I'd like to see a pattern of zeros against the opposition's name. They tend to quell much of the worry.
We've clearly worked on the absence of defenders letting a striker in, problem. They now don't need the striker...FML.

Take them all off. Even then there’d be too many on the pitch.

Let’s call a spade a spade. This is absolutely woeful. No football. No intensity. Walking and strolling round. Charlton aren’t very good either. A very very poor side have done nothing and are beating us.

Dont even know where you’d start tbh. But anyone who tells me Sheehan is up for a battle and scrap watch that 45 and keep a straight face.

Promotion? hmmm, not like this. Get shut of the names and hire a team of cloggers who want to win...and can run. Soft goals are becoming our Achilles heel and we're looking anything but good here. The passing -possession game isn't the answer here. Fight fire with fire and play it rough. They are going to defend kamikaze, so we really need to get level, and quick. ae:) ae:)

Statistics is an impressive word...and it doesn't mean xxxx at the death.

It isn't and I wouldn't, but that half was unacceptably poor, so I can understand why they did.

Might be worth going 4-3-3 at some point as this isn't working.
