Enter Maximus.

New addition to our household Friday evening. Enter a nine week old Shithzu pup who has been titled Maximus (well, Max for short). Fear my peaceful life is at an end as already he is ruling the roost. Has a penchant for chewing anything within reach, library books, rugs, newspapers and telephone cables, and howling the place down when he doesn't get his own way. Blame the wife, I do. Pictures asap.

Perhaps it'll teach you to Foxtrot, Tango ?!

Talking of pets, I'm after a cat. Yes, I'm in the market for a little pussy (Sorry, I know, I just thought that I'd nip that one in the bud from the off! OK? )
Ideally I'd like a Tom cat, about 12 months old, that's 'been done' and is a friendly sort.
However, I'm prepared to consider most cases so if any of you know anyone that has a cat too many then please feel free to PM me.
I'm amazed at how few destitute mog's the local cat's homes seem to have, on t'interweb in any case. Maybe I should ring.

Ta!

Nice one Tango. I have three Yorkies and a heinz 57, (he's mine). 15 years old and still going strong (well, sort of, he's riddled with arthritis).

Dogs can cheer you up when your down, they are always pleased to see you....and (unlike women) when properly trained they are obedient as well.
Here I stand foot in hand...talkin to my wall....I'm not quite right at all...am I?

It's at Edenfield, just outside Ramsbottom. If you fancy a trip out, Nutters restaurant and Owd Betts pub are close by. They don't sell the animals as such, but they'll expect a donation and they vet (no pun intended) the recipients. A worthy charity though, if you're fond of animals, and one that's always looking for volunteers.

This just proves that you don't ever listen to me!!! Molly the cat that lives next door to me, but seems to think she lives in my house, came from Bleakholt.

When she was sat purring on your lap, I said to to you.... "She was rehomed from Bleakholt animal sanctuary."

I'll talk to the wall next time...

Sorry Hon  But at the time you also mentioned that your next door neighbour (Natalie) was single and (ignoring the obvious pussy jokes) it wasn't Molly, nor indeed her ilk that I was thinking about accommodating! I'm just a boy.

We're not all bad...honest!

My canine and feline were both rehomed by a local sancturary and I love em both to bits, though, the dog is on her last legs...

I have 2 cats rehomed from the RSPCA and they are both black.

The other night I was sat watching TV, and Sooty was lay on the other chair. I glanced over and saw Fluff and who I thought was Sooty sat in the kitchen.

This freaked me slightly as that made 3 black cats...

I only own 2.

Then Molly the tabby kitten from next door has moved in.... I'm bombarded by cats!!!!!!
