What are you playing tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

I wouldn't let my kids choose music for my funeral. They wouldn't recognise music in HMV (not that there is much)

My God - everyone's a critic. Are these performers worse than Take That? :conf:

Creed is a Pearl Jam grunge rip-off. They were self obsessed and had a wanker who thought he was jesus as a singer.

Creed are probably the worst band ever, although Puddle of Mudd give them a close run for their money.

As for me, I've got on Rage Against The Machine - The Battle of Los Angeles

After tonight's performance, there's only one choice:

The Charlatans - Us and Only Us

When I'm over in Monty-land in December I'll send you a disk and you can even learn the dance routines..

Sheesh Gerts, if anyone wrote that on here as lyrics they'd be banned for life.

Well, only if you promise to download and listen to Warren Zevon's Hit Somebody aka The Hockey Song - essential listening for anyone coming to Montyland. Is that a deal?

Monty you do indeed have a deal!!! Although, the hunt for Leafs tickets hasn't gone too well so far... We're doomed on the 30th and are now trying for the 26th..

Funnily enough there are thousands of tickets spare for the Candiens??????????

I hope you enjoy my Take That fantasy mix!!!!!

Why do I have the feeling I'm going to regret this? Indeed I knew I never should have posted to this thread. :(

I passed on your musical criticism to my son who said "But no one could dislike Afroman!" I told him I had mentioned the performer but no one had commented. Perhaps "Because I got high" is unknown east of Newfoundland. He also wanted to know the general opinion on Our Lady Peace, Cranberries, the Verve Pipe and Finger Eleven. Well?

He also tells me, Bruce, that the Tragically Hip are so ancient they might even be popular in a few years time on the Golden Oldies station.

Currently he is listening to Waterproof Blonde. :conf:

I like the I got high song. It was stupid, but when it came out I was of an age to apreciate it.

Our Lady Peace? No.

Cranberries have some decent songs despite being Irish.

Verve Pipe? No

Not heard of the rest as I move into my thirties with a passion.

Cranberries are ruined by that woman upfront - delores clairborne or what ever, who sings everything like ...."Oi am Oirish".

Their quality standing the test of time, Monty. I doubt that pap like Coldplay will be being heard of this time next year.
