True story:

My brother served with the RHA Parachute division in Hong Kong years ago. He got dragged into one of these races and got back to camp four days later. He has no memory of what happened except there was a lot of booze involved.

No, this is a US military entry (see tee shirt of guy in front who probably does the shouting although no one pays much attention and they are all out of whatever is the rowing equivalent of step).
