There was absolutely no need for that second one to the ribs. Fair enough, he pulled out of twatting Mack one to the head as he went down, but the damage was already done.

Sounds a bit harsh to me Bruce? Looked to me like he caught him with the big body shot that eventually sent him down, with a half pulled out second as he was falling, and pulled out of the final one. At that kind of speed I'm not sure what else he could have done? Mack almost looks like he is leaning in for half a second as he goes down, hence the soft 'un and pulled puch :conf:?

aye - tough order to lose 5 stone - a third of his body weight... still, i suppose he can now retire without any lingering doubts over whether he still has it...

Listening to John Hartson's take on it - no expert, just a fan - he had Hatton down as winning three of the rounds but he ultimately just ran out of steam. Fair? :conf:

On a separate note the winner of Prize-fighter was from Reading. But he is nothing on our Amir though.
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

He boxed very well and looked like he got the toughest route to the final.

Amir won't be boxing much longer.. He is looking to make some big money and walk away. If he gets the Mayweather fight early next year, it will probably be his last.

Talk of the Mayweather fight being worth around the 200 million mark.
