My children gave me my very first BWFC top (they didn't sell them back when ... oh, never mind). I was impressed since they have no interest in football and this was a surprise. Fortunately they went for the home version:

C'mon Bish - it was Christmas morning - you expect a few papers and bottles lying around. I'm a single parent living with my son! I'm afraid I was a right back in footie (right back in a few academic subjects as well).

In my usual dogged fashion I would have taken no notice anyway. I will add the comments:

The book was a good novel (ie, fictional work, ie someone's concept of something). It was a good novel because it told an intriguing story, kept the attention and caused great controversy. It also sold millions and made the author a very rich man. For me, it was an enjoyable read; cleverly thought out, using some factual locations, some beliefs and some legends. t he Catholic Church, as a unity, did nothing more than shrug and smile, although some individuals reacted in the way some individuals will react. Ive read the same theory many times by historians and theorists.

The film was no more than an average offering which, without reading the book could be seen as very muddled and confusing by a lot of people. A classical mistake in believing that every good book will be a good film. If some of the populance want to go digging up Roslyn Chapel and The Louvre in search of the Holy Grail they'll have as much success as all those before them. I won't be one of them. One day I'll visit the Templar Church in London and Roslyn for historical interest because the Templars have intruiged me for many years.

The best part of the film for me was a line near the end " It all comes down to what you believe" That about sums it all up for me. Amen. :D

Sat Nav. Think Missus Gravedigger is trying to tell me something? Kids think I stink so lots of snify stuff, though I'm not speaking to the one who gave me David Beckham after shave (sounds of up chucking), also home shirt, socks and undies. Couple of bottles and afew sweety type things. However, on totting up, I still think I'm down quite a lot of money. Got Missus Gravedigger a diamond you'd find difficult to swallow and she thought she was going to get the dvd about the penguin. Jesus! Why doesn't she tell me what she wants before Christmas

Your main problem will be preventing some scally from nicking it. Sat navs are the new car radio.

Be sure to erase the marks when you detach it from the windscreen.
