24 - The Movie - News *Contains Series 6 Spoilers*

The last time we heard about a Jack Bauer movie, the powers-that-be were talking about shooting it between seasons six and seven. There were even strong suggestions that it would be shot in Europe this spring.

But on CNN’s “Larry King Live” Tuesday night, King and show creator Robert Cochran were talking about about “a movie” rather than “the movie,” and that “a movie” was more likely to get slapped together near the end of the series.

Given “24’s” huge ratings, huge critical acclaim and huge 2006 contract that locks Kiefer Sutherland into seasons seven and eight, “24” doesn’t seem likely to call it quits before mid-2009.
