Watched "Into the Woods" with the kids yesterday and Corden is in that, its a terrible, terrible film and he makes it even worse

Thankfully, I didn't go to the pics to watch it, the kids took my ex with them for that. Little girl loved it and my lad said it was ok.Burnden Paddock wrote:Watched this with Mrs & Miss BP. until them re-watching it yesterday and my lad saying he forgot how annoying the theme song is.

You will either love it or hate it. It's a bit schmaltz but for some reason I really loved it. Watched maybe half a dozen times now... JC is really good in it too...Bruce Rioja wrote:Tonight's viewing is Begin Again. Just noticed though that it has James Corden in it, so it's starting from a low point!

Saw Spectre last night. Thought it was pretty amazing if you're into that kind of thing, which I'm not, so I suppose that makes it even more amazing...? I have no idea what was going on like .... Like or loath Bond films, The opening scene in Mexico City tho was absolutely incredible to any man!

To be fair, he was superb in Mike Leigh's All or Nothing, but that was before he became famous and disappeared up his own rather ample arse.General Mannerheim wrote:You will either love it or hate it. Yeah plus it's only a small part he has, although my fave bit in the film is when they're having a party at cordons and he drops a Skipworth & Turner track!
Looking forward to your reaction anyway...

Corden is a c*nt, but I'd not rule a film out for his being in it. The History Boys, for example, superb. I'll look this one up, plus All or Nothing, keep meaning to watch more of Mike leigh's stuff.

Up nice and fresh this morning after a good eight hour kip. See, whether I go to bed early or late on a Thursday depends on who the guest panelist on QT is. Last night was Billy Bragg, so that was that! The c*nt.

^^ Hasn't he got an alarmingly large house for a lefty ?
I'm sure I've seen something to that affect.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

This is quite clearly untrue. He has the correct size house for a lefty. All the other lefties have smaller houses because of Government oppression.bobo the clown wrote:^^ Hasn't he got an alarmingly large house for a lefty ?

Well, at least he can house a couple of dozen of those economic migrants he's so keen to have come here.Worthy4England wrote:This is quite clearly untrue. He has the correct size house for a lefty. He'd barely notice.
