A Few Of My Least Favourite Things

1. Organisations who, after asking you to send original documents in order to identify yourself and verify that you are who you say you are, and remind you to send them out by Recorded Delivery, then send said documents - namely a payslip, a bank statement and a passport - by second class post, thus cancelling out any chance of getting them back when the Royal Mail steal, er, "lose" them.

I'll keep the organisation name under wraps. All I will say is that they are the governing body of the national sport.

There are many more things that I hate, but none are even close to lacing the boots of this one.
