What are you eating and drinking tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Surely nobody above the age of about 6 has ever willingly eaten a pizza with pineapple on it? Surely?

You cannot rule out fruit on savoury dishes entirely though because there are situations it can work. Some suitably acidic fruit to "cut through" (not literally) the fat on duck is great (not a horrible fake and sticky orange sauce mind you).

I think they're still burning witches where the bish and BWFCi live, so don't be too hard on them.

And they probably read The Daily Mail too.

Aye. You can't beat a bit of minced sheep lung and intestine steamed in a sheep's bladder. Yum.

It's enough to make me consider becoming a vegetabalist.

Paella tonight. 3/4 of a kilo of tiger prawns, a sh*t load of fish and marinaded chicken thigh meat. Exquisite, if I do say so myself.

And London, in the case of the General. Go on - feck off with yourselves. The only thing that goes with pineapple is ice cream.

The first time I ever ate a real, "fresh" (it was probably a couple of weeks and many thousands of miles from it's moment of butchery) I was stunned by its taste. I'm reliably informed that if you are on a pineapple farm and have one killed to order then that tastes 3x more again.

But not once in that eye opening moment did I bang my knife & fork on the table and say "you know what this needs .... a pizza. That's what". Nor did I shout "bring me gammon ... & make it snappy young man".

I think I probably DID say "this'll be nice upside down with sponge and custard" though. You can take the boy out of Horwich ..." & all that .....
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
