I used to work for a well-know motoring organisation. They'd stuck us IT bods in the corner of a floor occupied mainly by call-centre staff. Not good for the concentration, but you did get a few amusing moments, especially in winter. One call always sticks in my mind.
"Yes sir. Ok, I understand. And how far into the lake is your car?"
