you can get a piece of MDF quite cheaply at B&Q cut to size.. hardwood would cost a bit more though...

Mountain Bike. In fact I already bought it a week ago and have been riding to work on Bangkok's amazing roads every day since. Haven't had a heart attack as yet so while I am in constant pain I might actually survive this ordeal. Thought that I could wait til Christmas but the cool season has hit town so what better time to get used to riding a bike to work.

I was going to get one for my son this Christmas but at 15 months old I'm not sure I'd get away with it. I'll have to wait until next year now.
