My eldest lad did a few years ago. He said that the test was hard but there is a course you can go on to get some pointers of what they're looking for.

Girlfriend was in the police for a bit a while back, was her life's dream to become a policewoman but in the end it turned out she hated it and came out! Her and her training group being assaulted with a ridiculously high dosage of pepper spray by a superior on an exercise didn't help either, they all ended up with rashes, illnesses and stress!
