Quite a steep bit after you go over the little bridge but it's not as bad as Cruella.

Unfortunately, I won't be there as I'm doing the Manchester Half on Sunday.

How was the decathlon 5k?

Managed my half marathon in 2.01:40. Was aiming for sub 2 but still really chuffed with that.

Superb effort, Beefo. Well in, mate. The Decathlon was pretty tough due to the conditions, It pissed it down all the way round so there was a lot of standing water on the parts of the Parkrun course where you'd expect there to be. Unfortunately though about 1/4 of the course involved running along single track paths which had just turned to shit basically.

Cheers. It rained when started but was all on roads so not much of an issue.

Decided to take a few weeks of running to make sure my achilles heals(heels?) properly which seems like good timing given the weather at the moment.

Then into training for the full marathon in April. :oyea:

I didn't want to wake the 2 teenage boys I could see on the couch. It looked like they'd had a rough night

Bizarre. Today was my fastest this year. Probably because I was chasing, unsuccessfully, an annoying bloke from work.
