Pencilled in a cycle to Brighton in three weeks. Just need to turn it around.
Give us a wave as you cycle through my village! Are you doing the London to Brighton bike ride route?

Might be imagining it, but I think my flabby tummy, whilst not looking any better sadly, is possibly slightly firmer. I think I need to keep these up when the month ends!

My tummy will be very flabby after this Arsenal performance. Self medicating after each West Ham goal with a creme egg. I only bought a box of 5! May run out!Worthy4England wrote: ↑Sun Mar 21, 2021 3:48 pmManaged to drag my lardy round 80Km so far this month. My flabby tummy is still very flabby.

A twix is a chocolate biscuit. You can’t even compare them to chocolate BARS! (Though I will admit the white chocolate twix is top of the chocolate biscuit league) but the chocolate biscuit league is a level below actual chocolate bars.Burnden Paddock wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:17 pmThat would be a Twix! They do say that side effects are less likely in the elderly and that it’s only youngsters suffering with themGary the Enfield wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 11:21 amHad my Covid jab Friday.

Well if I get them really badly then that’s point proven isn’t it? But I’ve not had my jab yet cos I’m not old. Never mind that I currently work with tons of small people who happily spit swimming pool water at me as I stop them from drowningBurnden Paddock wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 7:20 pmYou said that to me. #newmaterialloveGooner Girl wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:22 pmThey do say that side effects are less likely in the elderly and that it’s only youngsters suffering with themGary the Enfield wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 11:21 amHad my Covid jab Friday.

As the resident expert on here, could you do us a chart of the different categories, so that I don’t make such an outrageous chocolate faux pas again?Gooner Girl wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:22 pmA twix is a chocolate biscuit. Tbf you’d have to go a long way to beat the Aldi knock off version of Mars bar. I can see a GG inspired World Cup of chocolate bars coming on. Over to you!

Don’t worry, all forgiven, we can still be friends even if you don’t know your chocolate biscuit from your chocolate bar. I won’t hold it against you. And all done.Burnden Paddock wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 7:25 pmAs the resident expert on here, could you do us a chart of the different categories, so that I don’t make such an outrageous chocolate faux pas again?Gooner Girl wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:22 pmA twix is a chocolate biscuit. Re: The athletics/running thread
Managed to run a sub 30 5k today which frankly counts as an achievement these days showing how far I’ve fallen . Not helped by Bolton’s finest B.U.M (or whatever the fancy name for bursar is) working out incorrectly the pace per mile I would have to go to achieve such a feat causing me to set off as if I was being chased by a rabid Spurs fan. The millions of pounds us taxpayers pay for education are clearly safe in BP’s hands.
Caught up on 2 x sets of abs and squats this morning too. Still have today’s to do though.
