Don't understand all those who find it necessary to prance about in front of the full length mirrors - narcississtic clowns

edit
Don't know you well enough to guess if you're taking the piss, but mirrors in the gym are a huge help to see your form and posture when doing certain exercises and therefore if you're training that muscle group properly

That's not the case obviously for the "prancing"

I didn't know that, but judging by the preening nancies in front of these mirrors then checking technical form was the last thing on their minds.

Can't work that out, but I used to go to PureGym in Spinningfields which is no frills

There's quite a few muscleheads in there but nowhere near as many orange mirror stalkers as the likes of Total Fitness etc

It's the exact same concept as PureGym, except without the wankers (no personal offence intended) that inhabit Spinningfields.

It's close to my office so I gave it a go

Only issue is that it's nigh on impossible to get in after work as it's so busy and I just can't do it before I start

I do masturbate anyway, so no offence taken either way

He's not a wanker now - he doesn't go to Spinningfields anymore.

That's OK then.

It surprised me to see them all lined up in front of the mirror.

Yes, there was barely space to wedge myself in - though with the benefit of some regular exercise hopefully this will not be the case forever.

I'm fairly new to running and usually get out on my mountain bike. Recently i have upped the running and i am starting to really enjoy it. i prefer running in the country side as apposed to on roads and what not as i do with my bike. I was also wondering about joining a club but one more for fell running rather than athletics. is there any local in the bolton/bury area.

also whats the crack with nike +??

All of them full of ageing cripples with dodgy knees, skinny arms and sunburnt heads who insist that running is good for you.
