Has anyone here got any claims to fame?'

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

That is a very tentative link Always Hopeful.

I once appeared on Johnny Ball's "Think Of A Number" and I held up a flower. Now that is a proper claim to fame.

You can't blame womankind for that! :o Men see innuendo even when none is intended. Us ladies don't.

Where's '89 when you need her?! I'm feeling outnumbered here!

"69" you say?

:D
Sorry, innuendo bingo is my favourite game! You're on your own here GG!

Me and Chris C have the same claim to fame, well it's almost a claim to fame. We both lived in Paddy McGuinness' old house - not at the same time I hasten to add. I rented it after Chris.
Chris moved because he wanted somewhere to park safely?
Different house. Believe me, I'd be long gone if we only rented this one.

That's as maybe. But personally, I prefer the more tenuous link to the more brash and obvious ones. With your claim, I'd have preferred it if it was a sibling or someone you just happen to know who appeared with Johnny Ball, then I'd have been more impressed.

Wayne Foster once presented me with a BWFC pen after a Junior Whites quiz. He then suggested that I must always be in trouble, as I had a skinhead. 8)

Missed it. We didn't hear the phone in because they'd spent the first 20 fecking minutes of the hour banging on about Denis Law.

Fabrizo Miccoli's brother was my form tutor for several years. When they were kids they both played for the same team and the coach thought that Mario (my teacher) was better than Fabrizo.

Some 20 years or so ago I had cause to spend a week in a hospital in North Welsh Wales. 2 beds down was Ian Rush's uncle. He didn't get any visitors.

Two of Ian Rush's brothers played for Flint Town.

They thought they were the bee's knees.

They weren't.

I spent many a happy hour over the years telling them this.
