143 to get. Good last couple of wickets for Moeen. Got to ask though, why Cook opened up after lunch with Broad. Give yer head a shake, son.

No one followed his example so a 9 wicket win.

Aye, I watched the live comments out on Sky website. Good win and we can't lose the series now. Draw is the worst that can happens so hope we go for the win.

186-5 Cooke screws it up for Ali and gets him run out.

Think the Windies might be a tad more pleased with the day than us. 238-7 at close won't be bad if we can dig in and improve it, but if they get three cheap wickets we could have problems.

Jimmy got some cheaper ones so it might be okay. (Making up for his golden duck)

90-5 at drinks break. Moeen Ali had a bad spell and gave runs away in a rush. Hopefully we're back on track now and Chanderpaul's gone.

Crazy cricket. Windies 189 all out and all before us. Now we're 25-3 with Cook, Trott and Bell gone. Come on Joe Root..

About 17 wickets fell today and it's not over yet. Root did not come on, alas. At 39 for 5, we still need another six runs to avoid our lowest ever score.

Root and Ali are now both gone and in quick fashion.

There's a chance that we might throw this away...

95-7 in a match more like 20-20 than Test. Nothing sure about it right now.

Windies need 192 to win. England all out 123. Not ace batting but Ibet the atmosphere and entertainment are top notch. Lunch
