We need to win and Ford would certainly have been a more creative option at fly half than Farrell.

Get a grip of their 7 and 8, stamp on Genia's hand and this is doable :oyea:

Also tomorrow I expect South Africa to knock Scotland's new found confidence and belief with a resounding win.

In the other game I think Samoa will beat Japan.

aye... good point. maybe we are relying on gaining gazillions of penalties from destroying their scrum and farrell kicking the lot...

Again, talking opinion from not much experience, but from what I've seen, the inclusion of Josephs, Easter and Launchbury seems like a positive for us. Hope so anyway.

Certainly Joseph offers a different option in attack rather than 2 big units doing the same thing, although personally I would prefer Burgess rather than Barritt due to his perceived defensive excellence.

Easter is a fore end change due to Billy being out and Launchbury in also with Lawes (who I really rate) out injured. Launchbury will enable us to compete at the break down which is where the wallabies will be dangerous due to the abilities of Pocock and Hooper.

Brown needs to be at his best taking the high ball as Folau is excellent.

I shall be missing this game due to the fact that I shall be travelling back from QPR - and our bit of SW Trains does not have wifi...

this - given my track record - is massively in England's favour! :-)

Kinell. All Blacks. Tanks with Porsche engines. 22-10 over Georgia after 25 mins and they've missed three conversions..

More we're being nieve and obvious. Our handling is pretty bad and we seem bereft of ideas in their half. You could see their second try coming a mile off. Maybe it will change second half. It has to or our world cup could be over already.

I thought that second try was sublimely done: technique, speed, teamsmanship, and quick thinking. It was only seen coming a mile off because the England side were so ponderous. But yes, our World Cup's not going far I fear...

Too fat, too slow, both in thought and physically, not moving the ball quick enough, lack of passion, poor disciple, rabbits in headlights springs to mind.
Ah well, at least my grandfather was Welsh.
I missed dodgy handling out for some reason!

Well, that was shit.

I always find checking who mentions "lack of passion" is a good cretin-o-meter though. No lack of passion, every lack of quality and nous.

Is that it then ? Is it over ? Might football start getting on the back pages again ?

Does this mean the rest of the games won't be on telly ??
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
