Got a lovely view of it across the bay at Crantock around 3.45am, loads of rabbits out as well :D
Crystal clear skies and the stars were unusually bright, t'was a tad nippy still night.
The moon looked like a slightly over ripe strawberry, pleased I woke up for a pee :mrgreen:

Apart from being able to say "I saw it", it was all a bit "Shakespeare". We stayed up till after 4-0'clock....like idiots.

Clear skies here and earlier in the day. The shadow started around 9.15 pm and moved fairly quickly. Surprisingly totality lasted over an hour from 10.15 to 11.25 (I was expecting to see the sliver on the other side in about 10 minutes). My son took a pic with his I-phone just before totality.
