As far as I'm aware there isn't an ambulance to chase just yet, so I assume that these slimy gits are attempting to get in ahead of the game.

Ah, I figured it might be a sleazy law firm signing you up for a class action in which you eventually get a couple of quid compensation and they get millions in legal fees. This might be anything.
