If you have the pic saved on your phone/laptop/ipad/pc scroll down the page when creating your post, under 'upload attachment' you will see a browse button to the right of the filename. Find the pic on your device and upload. Remember to preview first so that you don't look like a dick when you inevitably balls it up!
