Great try Johnny May! Good game so far, we need to get a bit more discipline about us though!

Solid first half performance by the boys - great kick at the end of the first half by Elliot.

Indeed. All the talk pre-match was of RSA being too strong for us in wet conditions. In the amount I watched I saw no evidence of that whatsoever.

I see that our Caledonian friends managed to make a dog's dick of it.

Our Caledonian friends are a bit like watching Bolton at the moment. They're better than they have been for donkey's but they don't quite know how to land it yet when they're in the ascendency - and they bottle it. Some pretty decent player though. They just need to believe they're going to win and can close out a game***********************************...

The Ben Youngs dummy shop is out of stock in South Africa, I see.

Poor start by England. Lucky not to be three tries down 10 minutes in.

Happy to be only 3 points down at half time. Need to find four new gears second half. Reason there's only 3 in it, is because they've been really unlucky on a couple of tries and we were really lucky on ours...could've easily been 30 points down.

What a turnaround that was.

Well, that chariot sur swung low second half. :D A real fighting display from our lads. Terrific commitment and a couple of breaks apart the Ausies hardly came visiting. Cracking display.....

Coupla breaks TD? We seriously should've been 20-30 points down after 10 minutes - we got a lot of huge luck. Three? disallowed non-grounded tries. Correctly, disallowed, but very, very luck for England, First breakthrough try in the second half....set piece we got was after a huge forward pass.

That dummy/sidestep from Youngs - I want the picture and frame it. Yarde's face is absolutely brilliant.

I was out with the dog and only tuned in at half time so saw nothing of the first half except the score, and was only talking about forty minutes. .Maybe I should have said that, thought I had?

Sounds like a rearguard effort but to beat The aussies without Itoje and Billy B is some statement. Only Ireland look close in the spring too. Could be some run. Does feel like there's a victory against a certain team before we get tooooo excited though
