Another example of madness.
This monster who had been released early from prison for indecently assaulting a six-year-old girl, kidnapped a three year old girl, took her 'home' to sexually assualt her (some reports say he took he 'shared' her with another paedophile), he then fled the area in his car - leading to him crashing in which the girl was injured.
His sentance - he was jailed - but wait for it - he will be able to be considered for parole in five years!!!
The family of the kidnapped child called this "an insult".
The home secretary is to write to the attorney general to ask him to consider referring the sentence to the Court of Appeal as "unduly lenient".
