Chris,

My money would be on Italy, Czech's or Spain.

Group E: Italy, Ghana, United States, Czech Republic
Group H: Spain, Ukraine, Tunisia, Saudia Arabia

Spain has a habit of it and group E seems quite unpredictable and i'm sure the US will give Italy or the Czech's a run for their money. Out on GD.
