They supported Linkin Park?? eww didnt know that. As for new stuff they had a new album out last year, Puzzle, a lot more accessible, if a little bit too mianstreamy for my taste. worth a listen though.

have finished with that now though, on to some old school, pre-emo, Alkaline Trio

Supported Linkin Park at MEN in February (or thereabouts) - didn't play anything that led me to believe that I should be heading to HMV the next day :-(

Fair enough, that will have been the new album then. is ok, good listen if you are already a fan but can see how it might not pick you up slap you in the face and scream 'buy me'. if you were interested infinity land would be a much better bet to have a listen to.

Not sure of the artist but listening to 'Requiem for a tower' on Youtube, never fails to make the hairs on my neck stand..

Gonna stick on a bit of Kanye West in a mniute though cos I'm in that kind of mood

You know, it's impossible to say "Beer can" without sounding like a Jamaican saying "Bacon"? :D

Wife's just had me searching youtube for TV ad music for Berocca. Turns out it was Blancmange "Living on the ceiling". Must admit I'm a big fan of Turkish belly-dance stuff. I'll probably have to go and buy the record now.

Don't worry, I won't be breaking my neck Dujon. If it turns up somewhere, fine. If not, fine again. If she needs to hear it I'll play it on youtube.

Renan Luce - Repenti, bought for me recently by my ex, who is living in Paris at the moment.

He won the best newcomer and best album awards at the French 'Brits' recently...
