Blasts from the past

Post by keveh » Wed Oct 18, 2006 9:46 am

I'm listening to BBC Radio Lancashire (booo hissss BBC) because my boss is going to be on in a bit talking about a fashion show we're organising.

Anyway, all of a sudden Dave Benson Philips comes on!

What a leged, Get Your Own Back was awesome when I was a kid. He's promoting a tour he's doing for being on showbiz for 25 years. 25 years!

Who did you used to love on childrens tv?

Also, what was that guys name who took over from DBP?

Christopher Lilicrap who used to present Flicks, which was ITV's version of Jackanory. He looked like David Essex and had the funniest name that I ever heard as a child (except for the character Arnold Wanker in Mork and Mindy).
