Promotion to the Championship - All the Goals.

Post by DJBlu » Mon May 01, 2017 2:19 pm

Here's a little video I've thrown together of all the goals we scored in League One.

Sit down with a brew. It's 20 mins long.

Thanks! I hadn't realized what a very high percentage came from set pieces. Great video.

Some great memories watching that lot back. Fleetwood away has to be performance of the season in my mind.
One observation I noticed all the team seem to celebrate whenever a goal was scored except when Le Fondre scored, seems a bit odd.

I plan to devote 20 minutes of this evening to watch it all. Cheers, Fella. Incredibly selfless.

Brilliant. Watched half of it. Really great. Anyway we could be able to watch this direct on youtube? Just means I can then adjust quality for my ipad!

Anyhow, watching this, goes to show that we have not just been a "lump it up" long ball side. Some of the goals we've scored have been from some really expansive football. Though admittedly mainly whilst Clough and Ameobi were here, but still....

Sadly the EFL have blocked the video on copyright grounds. I shall be emailing them regarding their stance.

I can offer a link to the video via PM if people would like to see it in the mean time.

Well it's copyrighted material, the event and the footage itself - so you aren't going to get very far at all to be completely honest.

I understand how it works and I know the reason why they put the block on it. I will be removing the logo which appears for less than 2 seconds and re-uploading it. All the other copyright owners have no issue with it nor did the EFL until they saw their logo in it.

The EFL will have an image copyright system in place. When a video is uploaded to YouTube it is 'scanned' by it's own copyright checkers/bots to look for such images. So anything with a certain logo (EFL in this case) will automatically be picked up and most likely blocked depending on who uploaded it (you obviously don't have commercial rights to their logo).

It's the same with music, and even some commentary on football matches. It's very clever stuff, really.
