Good lord. Did we get last pick? Got to be one of the worst we have ever had

Re: New kits for 17/18
The away design seems pleasingly simple, although I wouldn't go for that colour (and I can only imagine we away fans will stick to Come On You Whites rather than Purples or Magentas or whatever the hell it is). The home one's alright with the large exception of that collar, which looks like a necklace discovered early in a shit sci-fi film, a necklace which will inevitably open an alien portal in the third reel.

Will we score way more than we concede in them is the only important question...
Re: New kits for 17/18
Gary Madine's face sums up the way I feel about them. The nod to the twentieth anniversary is a nice touch though, I suppose.

No way?! A white football shirt with blue shorts?! How did they think that up then?
May the bridges I burn light your way
Re: New kits for 17/18
Judging by the pictures on the official website, I might actually be able to warm to the shirts. However, it appears as though the home kit will include blue socks as opposed to white. And as for the design of the shorts...

Put the away collar on the home shirt and it's fine. But that triangular collar effort is just biz. The designer needs buggering with a rag man's trumpet!

Meh. They look cheap.
I'm mostly just happy that there is some contrast between the home and away. Playing as Bolton in FIFA 17 was sometimes challenging since the home and away were too close.

They are fine. Don't see how anyone cares that much to moan about football shirts unless they are particularly ridiculous.
Away one looks pretty nice imo.

I dont. I don't have to wear one. I don't ideally, want my football team to look like a bunch of ice lollies every time I watch them play but it's not worth worrying about that much.Joggers Nipple wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2017 8:27 pmStrange comment for someone who doesn't care..BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2017 8:16 pmThey are fine. It is possible to not be overly fussed by something yet still remark on its quality of appearance.

Exactly. I just don't get the anticipation over what will inevitably be a white top and blue shorts, let alone folk forming a judgement. On what exactly? It's a white top and blue shorts!BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2017 8:16 pmThey are fine. Don't see how anyone cares that much to moan about football shirts unless they are particularly ridiculous.

I think they're great.
Might even buy one next summer
Rumours about that we've not paid Macron for the shorts though, so they've not sent any

Re: New kits for 17/18
Do they do the away one in the smallest kids/baby sizes? Only seemed to be the home one when I looked.

Not 6 months old but getting her branded! Good idea before those Yorkshire bastards start influencing her.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2017 12:51 pmDo they do the away one in the smallest kids/baby sizes? Only seemed to be the home one when I looked.

Re: New kits for 17/18
top tip - worked for me with my lad living in South Manchester:
Buy them the smallest kit you can and then have loads of photos taken with you in your top and them in theirs - when they grow out of the kit get it framed and stick it on the wall in their bedroom - a permanent reminder of where their allegiances lie....

I see on Twitter that Ivan Campo's doing a similar job. Good lad.dave the minion wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2017 8:27 amtop tip - worked for me with my lad living in South Manchester:
