In today's news:
Brazilian favourite to win election declares (quite proudly) that "he'll let miners strip the Amazon", that "not a single square centimetre will be demarcated as indigenous land", and he'll win because 'Indians' want "electricity, television, blonde girlfriends, and internet": The charming, right wing fxcker and major fruitcake is actually winning the polls and may soon be in charge of the largest still unspoilt wilderness on the planet.
Meanwhile in tiny England a left wing councilor and friend of Hamas has voted against the introduction of beavers back into Northumbria (from whence they were eradicated by over hunting a mere 350 years ago) because "they will destroy fish stocks and be a scourge on the local wildlife": Somebody needs to tell the tit that beavers are strictly vegan.
Otherwise, in good news... a brown bear from the Carpathians has been introduced into the Pyrenees. Fxcking French Farmers set up road blocks and checked vehicles in an attempt to intercept the bear. She was delivered by helicopter.:

I’m cycling in the Pyrenees at the moment. If I don’t come back, blame the bear.

Good luck with that youth...
The words "cycling" and "Pyrenees" are usually found together in sentences that contain words like "punishment", "sado-machism", etc.
But, if you don't come back, I'll tell the bear off.

Re: Man's Inhumanity to Inhumans...
Having driven over those very same Pyrenees and back once in my lifetime, I'll state it's a staggering experience, but not one I'd wish to ever repeat. Thankfully, at my age it's highly unlikely that will happen. "Cycling" is a foreign language to me unless pre fixed by re-.Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Sun Oct 07, 2018 2:11 pmGood luck with that youth...

I'd love to see it. What does it entail (or entrunk or entusk)?

Larysa Switlyk: travelling the world slaughtering animals for fun. Presently on Islay shooting Red deer, goats, and a fxcking sheep!.
After one instance of totally unnecessary slaughter the xxxx posed in camouflage gear for photos with a dead goat that she killed with a "perfect 200 yard shot".
If I were World President that would have been followed by an imperfect but no less effective 2 foot shot to her head.
Simon Barr, a friend of Mx Switlyk and chief executive of Tweed Media, said that the shooting was being sensationalised. He claimed that the animals were being turned into "Disney characters" with human emotions.
Well no, you xxxx! They're being turned into dead rotting pieces of uneaten meat with no feelings or emotions whatsoever anymore. Wanker.
All of the photos printed in the national media quite clearly show how excited Switlyk was by her kills, although a lot of her excitement was masked by the dead animals.

I’ve really never understood hunting. I’ve done quite a bit of wildlife watching, and tracking and following an animal and watching it close up in the wild can be magical. I’ve never once thought though that the experience would be improved by ending its life right there and then.

When I saw she'd shot a sheep I honestly thought it was an Onion parody.
Good grief.

Re: Man's Inhumanity to Inhumans...
I used to be a minor sort of afficianado of the bullfight; mainly due to a love of all things Spanish. I learned Spanish dance, studied and took a G.C.S.E in the language and even ran a Spanish dance and flamenco site on the net for 8 or 9 years and have had about twenty vacations there over the years. (my brother lived there for seven years) A great fan of Garcia Lorca (who was a friend of matadors and himself an afficianado) I even attended a couple of live corridas and collected all sorts of memorablia. Today, I hate the very idea of the bullring and am deeply ashamed I ever thought differently. A pastime for savages. The only brave thing about it all for me is being able to admit I was very wrong. Mea culpa....

I'm with Sitwell. I'd kill a vegan. The idea is to eliminate suffering, not meat eating. Fxck Vegans.

Re: Man's Inhumanity to Inhumans...
I see some real tough guy Farnworth knxb heads have savaged and twisted up a sculpture to the dead of the First World War. Bet they felt real pleased with themselves. Will they be caught? Highly unlikely, and if they are, what will they get as punishment? Probably get blamed on their poor and underprivelliged upbringing. They need a lesson they'll remember not a joke punishment delivering leaflets.... always supposing they ever do get caught. Morons.....
