Will Buckley had a tightness in the tendon in his groin area, but the scan has come back clear so he's been joining in training. He deserved his goal last weekend and he's a player who will continually get into dangerous areas for us.

Three games in a week for Sammy after his injury was a lot, but now he's had a free week, he looks in a much better place heading into this weekend's clash at Carrow Road.

Expectations of us on Saturday will be low from those on the outside, but we know what we're capable of and we'll be going to Norwich looking for a result.

Well, the missus is away . I've stuffed my stewpot with goodies last night, enough to last me four days. I've done the washing up. I've walked the dog ten miles this morning (she's temporarily knackered, lying at my feet). So I've treated myself - headed for my local hostelry early, got a warm comfortable seat, will have a drink or five whilst reading the newspaper, before tuning in to Radio Tango in about two hours time... What more could I wish for? ( Oh yeh, us to win ).
