Ken Anderson - Old Owner (Definitely. For Ever ..... )

It does stop at midday.

But it would be prophetic if Ken’s final c u n t move to sell to this joker was announced on the 1st April.

I wondered when the players training announcement hit whether this was part of the act - it’s so bad now, anyone but liquidation (including mr twice bankrupt).

Odds on a loan of some form to pay off the existing debts? Whilst Ken walks away with his ‘loans’ from BWFC Scott free?

I don't believe the source for a second, but if it is Bassini or liquidation then...even if we are kicking the can further down the road once again.

There is the possibility he's not the one with any dough (and some other backer involved with him has it) - but then you'd have to question why they'd put this fruit loop up front in the deal, rather than someone normal.
Indeed. If a fool and his money are easily parted then I always wonder how they got together in the first place.

Something just doesn't stack up here......... at all!!!

I envisage:

Michael James brought on board, Brett Warburton brought on board. £5m paid for Ken's shareholding. Ken pays off Moonshift. Adjournment on Wednesday. Try and do a deal with unsecured creditors, which involves payment on "terms" into the future.

Dodgy money via Dave Richards. Would only cost £5m initially. Then whatever they can limit it to with creditros.

Ken and Paul Aldridge still involved.

We will be in a real mess again within months, this time with no safety nets in terms of people who care about the club.

I hope this can be stopped, but not seeing an easy way. Only possibilities I see are:

- Michael James puts us into admin and brings back Basran. Very unlikely Basran can be brought back under those circumstances.
- Howards's group remain interested, either coz KA's attempt to prevent share recall unsuccessful, or they stick at it through next week. I suspect they don't want to deal with a borderline criminal in KA though.

We're supposed to play you at the weekend but one of our message boards says Bolton players are going on a 48 hour strike and the game on Saturday may not even go ahead. Just stopped by to get a better idea of how bad the situation is up there, I mean there's been talk that Bolton Wanderers could go out of business in the near future if a solution is not found to the issues you've been having.

I find it hard to believe such a thing could happen, we're talking one of the founder members of the Football League here but it seems there is a distinct possibility the worst could happen. I don't care if the game at the weekend is postponed, it's not about that. It's about your club being able to survive and whatever it requires to continue. You had a win at the weekend but realise now it's not about scores so much, there's a far greater concern up there. Hope you can find a way out of this, sincerely.

Cheers pal. The next 48 hours should make things a little clearer, both for our future and Saturdays game.

It could be the only game this season that both sides go into, thinking "we could win this"

So on April fools day we find out that our future (if we have one) is in the hands of either:

A twice bankrupted previously exposed "feckwit" last known for being sued for being unable to pay his rent, possibly in concert with a borderline criminal existing owner who quite likely has been siphoning off the clubs money into his own offshore accounts, likely earning thousands per day in interest, possibly explaining why the clubs' bills are unpaid or months/years overdue, or,

A consortium possibly consisting of members of the Bahrain Royal Family, Dubai higher ups, A Trump supporting US hedge fund owner, and a Bolton businessman, as revealed by an anonymous recently arrived supporters forum contributor.

I'm just off to stick two pencils in my nostrils and repeat "Awibble" out loud repeatedly until this is over. Vwaf.
