It's on god dammit! It's sooofolking on! BWFC v Ipswich 6/4/2019 3pm

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

Win this and we miraculously could be only 2 points from safety!

Ideal preparation. Won last week. Only team below us in the league. Can see a draw!

Millwall, above the dots, playing on-form West Brom, too.

If we win and they lose, then I may permit myself a small slice of hope – regarding avoiding relegation, as opposed to the boardroom clusterf*ck.

Although I admit I have just looked at the midweek fixtures and worked out we could go above the line on Tuesday night, at least for 24 hours, with an if-piling conjugation of four results (we beat Ipswich; WBA beat Millwall; Rotherham don't beat Forest; then we beat Boro before Millers or Millwall play on Wednesday).

I can't see 3 successive wins for this side.

They were excellent at QPR and gave us all a little hope. Typical Wanderers, things then deteriorated into chaos & it'd be like us to blow our last opportunity on Saturday. 1-2 defeat

Be gone with your pessimistic manner.

3-0 win with David Wheater getting the 3rd, running over to celebrate with the 2 finger salute to the owners box.

We'll win this and all our other games.

And then get liquidated.

It's the Bolton way.

We will lose lol

We do the hard bit - beating QPR away - and we'll follow it by losing the easier game. Typical Bolton!

Perhaps Orton can confirm but I thought that recently Ipswich had been picking up points more frequently and to my recollection haven't been on the end of any heavy defeats.

Make no mistake, this is going to be a tough game and they're going to fancy their chances..

They haven't won since January (doesn't that sound ominous?) but remarkably they've drawn 1-1 in six of their last eight in the league.

1-1 sounds eminently believable. Mutually Assured Relegation.

Nah. We'll win 8-0. We are, afterall, fielding 11 strikers.
