Think you might have to split it? You did say announced anywhere on internet. And deal being agreed has been announced by the guy who has been working on it...via admin team. So it’s not officially done. But I think Bruce deserves half the winnings. Either that or a ‘super-over’ decider between him and morning winner tomorrow - time and date of first new to the club signing announcement.

Not necessarily, it could also mean that they want to use the wages that Wheater wanted on a younger more athletic CB like the highly rated ex Bury CB.

Perhaps Wheater was offered a wage more suitable on being an older immobile squad player - no loss, the proof being he's signed for Oldham.
