Tom Watson, the slimy piece of piss, still trying to wriggle out of his allegations during the Carl 'Nick' Beech affair. The cxnt used Parliamentary Privilege to report unfounded, libellous, sheer fxcking mental nonsense!Enoch wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2019 8:29 pmNot followed that particular storey.Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2019 4:02 pmIn my opinion Tom Watson should be prosecuted for his role in the Carl "Nick" Beech affair.
The cxnt should resign. Now.

Watching a French left winger on t' tele talking about the new UK administration and I'm beginning to understand why there have been so many wars.
I didn't think such levels of jaundice possible.

Re: The Politics Thread
Excellent summation by Matthew Goodwin in the Sunday Times today of my fellow (local) citizens.
Mansfield Man.
Mansfield Man leans a little to the left on the economy, believing it is rigged against him, and a little to the right on culture, believing we should leave the EU, control immigration and get tough on crime. He wants more apprenticeships in a society that is obsessed with degree-holders and, while he is open to Labour, as Blair showed, he loathes Corbyn.
Today he quite likes Farage.
That about sums up 90% of my neighbours (adjusting for sex, and not quite as pro apprenticeships as he makes out, more a hatred of false degree-holding).

Re: The Politics Thread
I'd read about rising race (alias for religious) tensions in Germany, and I'd also heard about the spate of murders that 'foreigners' (alias for Muslims) have been committing there recently... But fxcking hell! I've just seen the footage of pseudo-Syrian refugee (actually a Palestinian Jordanian with false papers) Issa Mohammed's attack on a man in the street where bystanders just stood and gawped and filmed as Mohammed, using a blunt samurai sword, hacked to death the man in front of his eleven year old daughter.

Thanks a bunch liberal lefty flakes. (And this is not solely about migration policies there is a whole lot more damage to society the sons of bitches with the soft approach to everything are responsible for.)

Nothing going on at the Brexit front Jimbo, nothing that is other than the constant wailing, moaning of the remanianiacs that is, I cannot wait for the cliff jumping and screaming stage.
Re: The Politics Thread
Who doesn't love the spectre of Corbyn blocking the UK leaving the EU?
This really is Brian Rix territory.

If you read up "Politic" on Google, you'll get "Footballer plays for Bolton Wanderers.

Re: The Politics Thread
"Green MP Caroline Lucas calls for all-female emergency cabinet".
Thank f*ck for that. For a while I thought the Green's might just be a fringe party.

Re: The Politics Thread
Nearly fell on the floor laughing at that one, Lucas really has lost the plot, one too many vegetables and smelling the muck off the carthorse towing her back to her cave is taking it's toll.

Re: The Politics Thread
Her statement this morning "women are less tribal than men" - there's a generalisation that no male MP would get away with. She went onto say about forming a group of important women from across the political spectrum. She forgot to add "who agree with me"
I like Lucas and she's nailed her remain beliefs firmly to the wall. No problem with that but her comments do ignore the rather large elephant in the room of the referendum result and a country that still appears to be split down the middle
"Get your feet off the furniture you Oxbridge tw*t. You're not on a feckin punt now you know"
