I didn't call you a liar, I expressed my frustration at yet another delay being blamed on yet more bullshit. Sharon Brittan is one member of a consortium. The delay at the time was because the major creditor had pulled out and sufficient funding wasn't in place to support it going forward. Once more you show yourself up.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 2:11 pmYou quoted my post with a string of abusive capitalised words and then called me a liar. ...EDIT.
Just found it. No I won't apologise. Thanks for asking.
Now that truth is in the public domain you don't even have the decency to apologise. I think that says an awful lot. I will leave it there.
Which "major creditor" (I assume you mean investor) pulled out in June?

Still no news on Season Tickets. Maybe Beaugeard is too busy knitting a Buckley figurine with a generic shirt to add to her extensive collection, that or out on a fox hunt with Nick Mason.

One of the Very Very First things they should be addressing is the Season Tickets, like yesterday...

It was on the BN live stream earlier. Find it yourself. The major point was the Season Tickets.

I see theirs plenty being made of their funding source in and amongst all the transfers. Anyone more learned than me seen it?

Re: New ownership - Football Ventures
I mentioned it a few posts ago but it has been a busy day. To my interested but unlearned eye it appears that £40m has been borrowed by FV, £20m each from Sharon Brittan and Nick Luckock, at 4% interest p.a. repayable in 2022...officer_dibble wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 7:59 pmI see theirs plenty being made of their funding source in and amongst all the transfers. A quick google suggests Nick Luckock is a partner at HGCapital LLC which appears to be private equity firm.
It appears that Sharon Brittan is lending a significant chunk of her own wealth to FV.

Isn’t enough information to have a view. Other than on face of it, it’s a good rate for loans such as these. Bassini’s Sullivan loan was 6%.bristol_Wanderer3 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 9:02 pmI mentioned it a few posts ago but it has been a busy day. Nixon (I know) saying that SB’s grand plan revolves around an app, data, the Uni and fan base. Not sure what that is. But sounds interesting. Also says that James has invested on back of this plan.

Talking of Bassini, wasn't he due to resume his "case" in the high court today? My internet 10p is that it is quietly settled out of court, and the primary aim all along was to disrupt FV...

Iles mentioned in his blog that he'd heard an adjournment had been applied for. No indication of which side made the application, but I could hazard a guess.DJBlu wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 9:39 pmI've asked Marc Iles but nothing back. I'd seriously doubt anyone, well anyone with half a brain anyway, is going to invest half their guessed wealth in a low division football club, so I'd take £40 million with a cellar full of salt not a pinch.
