Not just Britain...BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Wed Sep 25, 2019 9:46 amWe live in "post truth" Britain though. The truth is whatever you want it to be at that particular moment.
Good luck to Garty Jr, for his sake but more importantly ours.

With KH saying that he's putting 'building blocks' in place etc in many of his interviews - has anyone seen anything anywhere regarding the length of contract that he & DF have been given ?

Same reason we football fans keep going to matches: the triumph of hope over expectation, fuelled by the sunk-cost fallacy

Likewise, tomorrow should see a payment made to the club’s football creditors who are no longer contracted, drawing a line through another sad entry in the history books.
Football Ventures agreed a date on November 6 to pay the outstanding debts and will be funding the payment themselves, rather than through a PFA loan, which had originally been planned.

I'd doubt that very much, I was merely charting progress under the new owners then the little pear shape happened so I thought I'd give it a rest There was absolutely no hidden agenda.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2019 2:26 pmHmmm I note Hobes has stopped adding the scores here.....my suspicions well and truly confirmed!

Worth noting that at Lancaster Whites event tonight Emma Beaugeard said this and it was reported on the official twitter too...was a response to asking if we will offer longer than one year deals to players...
First time public acknowledgement that we are under embargo for two years. Been lots of conjecture around that we can get out of embargo. Looks like we cannot until the time period passes. For once Ken seems to have been right.'We are under embargo for the next two years. That's not just regarding the buying and selling, there is a wage restriction also.'

That's all well and good. However, did you find out, on behalf of my mate, as to whether Sharon Brittan's married or not?BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 8:09 pmWorth noting that at Lancaster Whites event tonight Emma Beaugeard said this and it was reported on the official twitter too...was a response to asking if we will offer longer than one year deals to players...
