Iles: WHAT A START! Dennis Politic with a beautiful volley from the edge of the box. Have a large slice of that! 1-0 #bwfc

What. A. Fecking. Strike.
Some good football by both sides so far. Ref letting a lot go. Much much better than Tuesday so far.

The early aggressive approach from them I was worried out thankfully never happened, and it was us that started the brighter before it eventually levelled out.
Kean Bryan has been impressive.

Lowe, Murphy and Hamilton as a midfield three. O'Grady and Politic wide, Daryl Murphy up top.

Great result. Shame Southend have just snook in a last minute winner.

Aye, but overtaking them might just be a matter of time. Dented Tranmere today, which is funny. MK Dons 2-0 Wycombe! Wombles lost though. Hmm...

There is something deliciously satisfying about beating Tranmere...No that I'm at all biased, indeed no.......

bit more scrappy but goalsagoal
btw, that's definitely not what quite a few people in tweetland were saying earlier about O'Grady

That's more like it, that was a decent performance even though Tranmere were poor - the early goal (great strike from Politic btw) helped, but we never looked like losing that, very good performances from all especially Nsiala, Emmanuel, Politic, O'Grady, Bryan (impressive debut I thought, he played with his head up looking to use the ball) & Fleming.
With the signings made yesterday we now have decent strength in depth, we need to build on this and although its still far too late to stay up, at least lets go down fighting and build momentum for next season.
