Done mine and a 3.5 mile run.

I’ll get Jessie to teach you when you’re next down!
There’s more chance of me walking on the moon than doing that! I’ll be happy to watch you try though.
What do you think? About 6 inches from the floor, which is closer than I expected. Ask me again at the end of the month.
You’re still flexible enough to do a headstand!

I expect that's what he meant yes. I was just being faeces-tious.

Aye, they’re easy. Handstands I find way trickier.Burnden Paddock wrote: ↑Tue Mar 02, 2021 9:53 pmGooner Girl wrote: ↑Tue Mar 02, 2021 9:42 pmNot as flexible as I used to be sadly! Shouldn’t it be the other way around, when you have your arms to support you, or is it the wobble potential at the wrist.Gooner Girl wrote: ↑Tue Mar 02, 2021 11:02 pmAye, they’re easy. Squats done. Will do the rest tonight? Is that cheating? Am I supposed to do them all together?

Erm, in a headstand you also have hands on the ground?! 3 points of contact in a triangular shape. Easier then 2 points of contact in a straight line. Do you know anything about gymnastics?!Burnden Paddock wrote: ↑Wed Mar 03, 2021 7:33 am

Yeah, but your hands take all the weight with a handstand, whereas your massive bonce shares the load when doing a headstand, is what I meant! No. I know nowt about gymnastics. I always reach for the remote whenever it comes on TV!
I didn’t see anything in the rules to say I can’t spread it out, so I’m going to ignore your interpretation of them. So there!

Day 3 complete. Repeated the squats to stay within the dodgy made up ‘rules’.

And here too. Along with a rather slow 4 mile run. Squats and abs was easy today. I took a look at day 30 though!

Focusing on getting to day nine for now
How long should we stay down in the squat position do you reckon? I'm fine doing them but not really in a uniform fashion.

I'm not holding position. 45 degree angle thigh to shin then back up again. Smooth continuous motion.KeyserSoze wrote: ↑Wed Mar 03, 2021 8:42 pmGooner Girl wrote: ↑Wed Mar 03, 2021 8:11 pmAnd here too. Along with a rather slow 4 mile run. Squats and abs was easy today. Same, up and down, thighs parallel to ground. Had my technique critiqued by my 10 year old footballer today who said I don’t do them as fast as he does at trainingGary the Enfield wrote: ↑Wed Mar 03, 2021 8:58 pmI'm not holding position. 45 degree angle thigh to shin then back up again. Cool, thanks both, I'll give that a go tomorrow.
I've only really done squats with holding positions. Most notably, the variation that you do to Moby's 'Flower'. That's a nice one to blow the cobwebs a bit!

Haha I haven't held like that, only for this song! Always a fun alternative end to the track session. Alternative definitions of 'fun' are available.

3.5 mile run, followed by day 4 of the abs workout done. The latter seemed tougher today.
