If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

In no particular order (cos I can’t decide)

Fever pitch
Mamma Mia
The Bridget Jones trilology
Never been kissed
Dirty dancing
That’s 7! There you go again changing the rules. 😉
Bruce had 10 and you had another 5 ‘bubbling under’ and you call me out?!
5 or multiples of 5. Didn’t I point that out earlier? Sorry, I just decided to change the rules. 😉 You included 7 in your top 5. I’m not a particularly good mathematician as well you know, 😬 but 5 does not go into 7, equally. Therefore your entry is barred! 😎 I will allow you Fever Pitch however, due to my personal connection to the events. Did I ever tell you.......?

If you knock out number 5 on account of it being a bit rude (this is a family forum, folks 🤔) then Worthy has 10 films with all of the HP’s (the last 2 are Parts 1 & 2 so count as 1), which the last time I checked was a multiple of 5. Objection NOT sustained! Making it up as I go along. 😎

If you knock out number 5, F'narr, you wouldn't need to drop the Potter's by one to get to 10...but the particular film title isn't rude are you sure you're not an accountant? :-)

There's several films in folks lists there that I've never even heard of, let alone seen.

Restless natives
Never been kissed
7 psychopaths
The big country
Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind

Not a scooby on any of them
"Get your feet off the furniture you Oxbridge tw*t. You're not on a feckin punt now you know"

Then you're a bloody fool. Big Country did the soundtrack. First time I watched them live I said to Our Kid "I bet they don't do Restless Natives". They only went and opened with it. :oyea:

EDIT: What I should point out, by the way, is that this is, although it having been filmed in London the following evening, exactly how they opened the show. RIP Stuart.

May the bridges I burn light your way

Time to get this thread back on track with Top 5 guilty pleasures. I’ve categorised mine, but feel free to do your own list.

Song - Shanice (I Love Your Smile) - I bloody love this song!

Film - Notting Hill - I can watch this over and over again, without getting bored.

TV - The Undateables/First Dates - Probably because it’s car crash TV and I can’t stop watching.

Food - Maccy’s breakfast - A must have on the M6 toll road for any trip south visiting friends/family or when on an away day.

Clothing - Long Johns - Wife’s Grandma bought me a pair whilst in my 20’s which made me think wtf! Turned out to be a bloody god send for the football! Going to have to buy a new pair for next season.

Hmmm, I’m not sure I feel that guilty about many of these tbh but I’ll give it a go.

Song: I do love a sing along to a bit of ‘Steps’...

Film: I have no guilt re film choices. Unashamed fan of romantic comedies.

Tv: Ooh, again no shame but ‘When calls the heart’ you lot would probably think a bit ‘sad’. I love it though!

Food: Licking out the cake baking bowl. Have to fight the kids for it now though

Clothes: Over lockdown I have lived in jogging bottoms (Hollister in a vague attempt to appear trendy) and have sacked off underwired bras for softer non wired ones. My boobs have never been so happy!

Ooh, good choice Mr Long John's!

Song: I've a few of these but probably the cheesiest is Mandy - Barry Manilow. I love it.

Film: Love actually. Aww. It's lovely.

TV: Cant think of anything too bad. Come dine with me or 4 in a bed, some reality show probably. Married at first sight- Australia was amazing!

Food: Crisps. I love em. Just made a decision to give them a miss for a while I've eaten so many lately.

Clothes: Does a slanket count?

Another guilty pleasure of mine is an after work nap. Lockdown has meant my usual commute is now a walk from the office in the spare room to the bedroom for 40 winks with the dog!

Wtf is a slanket?

Good shout on the nap. Lunchtime or mid afternoon at the weekend, or whenever I have a few days off work.

Less embarrassing than long John's

Clothing that is also a blanket. Toasty!

I think you should both be pretty embarrassed tbh, what with your cosy clothing and regular naps you’ll be moving into adjacent rooms at the local old folks home soon 👴🏻👴🏻

Really? Sort of thing you’d see advertised in a Sunday newspaper supplement. 😬

Warning you now. If you turn up to the first game back at the Unibol with a tartan rug and flask, I’m switching seats! 😉

Comfy bras and joggers are a step in the same direction! Don’t be pretending you wouldn’t be napping, if it wasn’t for 3 kids and 2 dogs! 😉

Don’t really believe in guilty pleasures. If you like or enjoy something it’s ok you shouldn’t feel guilty (unless it’s harming someone else) but I will try and play along....

Film: Titanic - does that count? I can watch pretty much most films happily enough.

TV: The apprentice - it’s absolutely appalling TV the same three cliches series after series but I enjoy it.

Music: I like loads of pop music people would definitely class as guilty. Love a bit of Bon Jovi so I will go with that.

Food: Maccies Brekky too. It’s the only thing I’d ever buy from Mcds. But god is it good especially on an early morning long drive to a work meeting or something like that. Or before a long away footie trip.

Clothes: No idea. Can’t think of anything I’d say is ‘guilty’, or a pleasure for that matter. .

Similar to BWFC-I, if you like it, go for it 😉

Film: Gregory's Girl
TV: I too find The Apprentice absolutely compulsive. My winner is usually the contestant who I'd like to smash in the face with a wet parcel of shit the least 😜
Music: The Cars - Drive
Food: Fish finger butties (essentially, Warby's toastie, M&S fish fingers, shredded iceberg, grated Gouda / Edam, good quality tartar sauce)
Clothes: Robert Graham shirts (the ones Jay Rayner wears)
May the bridges I burn light your way

Same. Guilt free

Film: Sister Act
TV: Antiques Road Trip
Music: Tricky...if I thought something was shite, I wouldn't listen to it. For a "rocker", I like a number of "mod" bands like The Jam...
Food: The Full English - has to be done on a weekend.
Clothes: My guilty pleasure is sneaking out having not ironed my top...Thursday Client calls, I ironed the front of shirt only. :-)

Great shout on the fish finger butty, although I like a slathering of mushy peas on both slices of bread.
