Ha, love the way Tomo and Lee managed to get Coke out of the corner and then Izzy charged right back into it

2nd ball play needs to improve.
Grimsby keeper saves it and you expect the Bolton player to come running in and nothing.

It's criminal how poor we are at set-pieces.

Isgrove ffs.
At least roll it on the floor if you aren't happy crossing it.
FGR 1 - 1 Scunthorpe.

Even for Wacky Oldham that'd be a comeback.

Get the lads in, get them motivated and back out there. Team talk shouldn’t take long. Can see the subs being crucial today. We just don’t score enough goals...

Swap Dapo and Isgrove for 10 minutes.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Sat Apr 17, 2021 1:20 pmGet the lads in, get them motivated and back out there. Team talk shouldn’t take long. Can see the subs being crucial today. We just don’t score enough goals...
Dapo will rip the shit out of their left back. All 45 not once did they try it.

Well, despite a poor start I thought the match settled into a more comfortable groove in the last twenty minutes.
We have to make it count but I'm not packing just yet.

I’d be chucking Arthur on. Week on week Dapo never gets on the goals or assists column. Arthur’s not as good all round but he’s more useful.DJBlu wrote: ↑Sat Apr 17, 2021 1:21 pmSwap Dapo and Isgrove for 10 minutes.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Sat Apr 17, 2021 1:20 pmGet the lads in, get them motivated and back out there. Those saying Dapo isn't playing well, they are doing a number on him because they know he's the threat. 3 players on him at all times. If he gave it and went we'd probably have a bit more joy.

So, i've missed the entirety of the first half due to a bit of coaching myself.
What have I missed?

All round play is decent and his defensive work is generally excellent. Just never looks like scoring for me. Still think we can do this but need to make most of our chances.
