What the actual feck Matt Gilks.

Lovely ball from Comley out wide, crossed in by Brockbank who gets another assist against the Liverpool defender who is unable to sort his feet out.
Mitchell Henry on for Isgrove
So weird watching Delfouneso, his body language seems lazy and yet his contributions have been anything but. He's having a good game, goal and an assist. I suspect it's a result of his play style, like Berbatov, or maybe not. Never one to sprint at full speed but some intelligent running and passing in there. Prime example before the Bakayoko sliding tackle, ball falls behind him on a pass and the person in front of him sprints to get it while it looks like Delf has just given it up. Don't know whether he needs to up his work rate or show more interest. Either way something looks like its not right. (updated: Delf doing a fair bit of closing down since I posted :p)
Brockbank and Bakayoko definitely should've seen yellow already.
3-1 now and Pettifer comes on.

I quite like we're going to have to soak up some pressure for 20mins now - a decent test for us.
Is Klopp there btw?

Not entirely sure Evatt is there let alone KloppJim_McDonuts wrote: ↑Tue Oct 05, 2021 8:36 pmI quite like we're going to have to soak up some pressure for 20mins now - a decent test for us.

No way Evatt can resist the slightly condescending "well done mate, unlucky" post game handshake (& am here for that)

Pengy!

What a ball by Thomason. That for me is the best part of his game.
Shocking weather out there.
Bakayoko pen makes it 4!

Quick quiz question.....
Is this, the Jarell Quansah goal, the first time we've had a player score for us with a name beginning with Q?
(we've never had a player with a last name Q or U play for us, Matthew Upson had scored an own goal to ensure that we've had a player beginning with U score for us)

Comley has played well tonight. Should absolutely register him. Better option for me than having nobody.
