I'm blaming Sonic's kettleGhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:25 pmPlenty of blame to go around for that one.Bruce Rioja wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:23 pmOh, if you look at some of the shite on Twitter now, Tango, there's a row going on between two factions - blame Isgrove and blame Dixon.
I'm not up for blaming either of them, to be honest!

There’s your bench problem - brockbank and Johnston on when we are 1-0 down!

What we need now is a goal scoring number 10 who drives the side forwards and puffs their chest out. Must have one of those somewhere?

Also whoever decided we should sign Kachunga needs to be sacked.

Certainly doesn't match what I'm watching eitherDave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:31 pmWell, that's good. Doesn't fit the narrative, but it's good to hear.GhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:30 pmNor do we have a striker who really believes he is going to score in any given game.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:27 pmKeeper shouldn’t be letting that in but as an 11 we are mentally and physically too soft. We don’t have the mentality of ‘you aren’t scoring against us today’.
Trouble is, some stuff in this game is genuinely better than the last 4. We are just crap in key areas.

A goal scorer of any kind would be nice…I’ve scoured Iles text commentary for a mention of Doyle but can’t see one…

Just an uninformed question, but why not put Brockbank at full back and shove Isgrove forward instead of taking him off. ?

A goalscorer needs service. Who are we getting with a better goal record than Doyle? The problem we have is there is no service for a fox in the box type. Or a target man. So we need a do it yourself striker.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:34 pmA goal scorer of any kind would be nice…I’ve scoured Iles text commentary for a mention of Doyle but can’t see one…

Shite up top and at the back again.
Really need that unbeaten run to turn up again.

Way I see it is midfield is too often struggling and we have no real standard way of creating a chance. I’m a firm believer that as a team you need to have a method a standard method by which you are trying to score a goal. I have no idea what ours is. And if we have one it’s almost certainly Dapo and cutting in. But that’s not enough. Not nearly enough.

Every week, a shite ref.

The Isgrove sub I can kind of understand - he looked like he was running out a steam and unless he's bombing on there's absolutely no point having him out there. The Aimson one feels odd, even though it's not going to bait the punters in the same way as taking off Izzy.

And we let him leave with Evatt saying we are well covered in that position. So let’s bring on the option we have to do that job. Because we aren’t short there according to Evatt.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:38 pmNo, he decided to leave.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:33 pmWhat we need now is a goal scoring number 10 who drives the side forwards and puffs their chest out. Pertinent, not uninformed, Tango. I could understand this move if we were 1-0 up!TANGODANCER wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:35 pmJust an uninformed question, but why not put Brockbank at full back and shove Isgrove forward instead of taking him off. ?

Not sure that's better than bullshit.
