Pour yourself a steadier, man.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Jan 14, 2023 3:56 pmNot enthused thus far. Ok for twenty minutes. Then let them back in the game. We lack energy and drive all over the park. And Pompey are rubbish.
With Dapo going and Baka gone and Bod maybe injured for a while (he didn’t look happy at all) it leaves us with a significant volume of recruitment. Number ten. Two strikers (one if Bod is a minor short term thing).
Semi at Accrington can’t be played with Kachunga and Charles up top and no strikers on the bench.
Evatt needs to rethink January plans here.

Really good work from Dempsey (and awful butterfingers from their keeper) and Sexy was as calm as ever.

Someone must've put the kettle on at HT for that one.

Can’t claim i put the kettle on for the goal but it did come just as my “brew time elapsed” alarm went off.

Playing well now. With possession won back by Nlundulu swatting someone aside, Johnston crosses for Dion to volley on target but the keeper saves down low.

Aimson header six inches off the turf. Gotta love him.

Nlundulu looks very confident, in the manner of slowing down with the ball and facing a defender up. I’d like to see him burn past the oppo, though.
Derby 3-1 up now. Mercenary Barky.

Randy is, erm, "hit and miss" on the ball, isn't he?

Nlundulu looking busy, hopefully a sign of things to come and hopefully not a long term injury to Dad Bod.
Suspect Nlundulu was signed to be 3rd choice (covering striker, like Baka was), so at least the timing of any injuries are decent enough for us to handle it with potential new signings.

Strong player, reckon he might be put on a few of the defenders in training.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Jan 14, 2023 4:16 pmNlundulu looks very confident, in the manner of slowing down with the ball and facing a defender up. I’d like to see him burn past the oppo, though.

Let’s say he doesn’t always get everything right.
Interesting to see how happy Nlundulu is to pull out wide left, let’s see how their friendship develops.

I've been getting the same impression. Steps up to face them but hasn't quite gone at them. Looks like it's buying time for other players to get in position from the looks of it so not necessarily a bad thing, just looks like it'd benefit from a cutting edge.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Jan 14, 2023 4:16 pmNlundulu looks very confident, in the manner of slowing down with the ball and facing a defender up.
