Was just saying, I've noticed the bucket hat returning and I'm all for it. A far more welcome return than side-shaved mullets, but then I guess The Kids will do as they please.....Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 1:01 pmI'm actually more enamoured with the rather fetching bucket hat modelled by Iredale.

For £21 more... although I suspect the club (on behalf of their sponsors) may not be very impressedDJBlu wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 1:27 pmhttps://www.macron.com/uk/bolton-wander ... t=58573496

I wonder if that is the extra the club is getting per shirt from said sponsors? Works out at £500k for 25k shirts. I would suspect if anyone purchases them that the £21 extra is sent to the club via the licensing fee.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 1:32 pmFor £21 more... although I suspect the club (on behalf of their sponsors) may not be very impressedDJBlu wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 1:27 pmhttps://www.macron.com/uk/bolton-wander ... t=58573496

Ahh - I see. I'm thinking it sort of pales into insignificance compared to the big orange blob we used to have on the front. But like you, out of preference, I think I was happiest with just "Reebok" on the real estate...truewhite15 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 12:48 pmPrevious rear sponsors have had a single line at the bottom of the shirt, and haven't been present on the replicas. This one looks enormous and clunky in comparison.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 12:38 pmNot sure I understand back of shirt sponsor being aggressive? Help!
If the money helps us finance our way to the title, I'm not that fussed. But it is a bit of an eyesore.
I understand from a mate who used to work with them, they're absolutely delighted...

Might be a bit of tealeaf-reading but perhaps the fact they've put this video out late-afternoon suggests there's no player unveiling today...

From what i've heard online we're expecting the away kit to be announced today.
I'll not spoil the surprise, but i've seen a few images. Kits looking decent, as are both the goalkeeper tops, one of which is available online at the moment. I suspect any images are just awaiting the addition of the back of kit and back of shorts sponsor.

Can't be doing with round necks...Although that's probably the least of the worries...
Re: Shirty McShirtface: Help pick the Wanderers' kits for next season
The white bits on the neck and sleeve aren't looking desirable but in general it could be a lot worse. Just look at the Barnsley home kit for a prime example of that.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 3:37 pmCan't be doing with round necks...Although that's probably the least of the worries...

Like the new shirt? Going on your jollies? Consider a massive beach towel.

Quite tempted by the '88 bucket hat...

Very italia 90 vibes all that. Apart from the towel. No idea what that’s all about!Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Wed Aug 02, 2023 1:03 pmLike the new shirt? Going on your jollies? Consider a massive beach towel.

£25 for a microfibre towel? That's some expensive tat.
By comparison the bucket hat is a bargain.

Cotton twill, embroidered and reversible. Shame the reverse is red, really.

Not sure how you can comment on such minor chattels when the hawaiian shirt is on the same page! A thing of beauty!

Is the towel for when the victorian plumbing inevitably fails?

They're doing the pick-a-kit thing again. Difference being that next season's are all shite.

Bottom left then top right are just about acceptable. The rest should be sent to Wigan!
