Plods, we have 11 points from six games. This computes to (38/6 * 11) to 69.67 points on the season. That would have been fourth place last year. We haven't even started playing particularly well (except for Spurs) and our 8 million investment hasn't scored yet in the EPL. I think "no chance" is a little strong.

Like I said in the Pompey thread, the team isn't playing well, with a few key players yet not clicking into form (although seems that Nolan might be back now), yet the team has ben able to grind the results. The game against the red scousers will be a good measuring stick, to see how can the team perform against a top side of the league. Getting a result would be grand.
