Funniest football moment
For you anyway. Doesn't have to be infront of the cameras (though a youtube video would be nice if you had one ), could be with the mates in the park, sunday league, whatever. Either way, what's the funniest thing you've seen happen at a footie match?

i don't like to kill debate, but it IS that. i nearly cried with laughter. See how lucky are we as Bolton fans when we got to witness that!

My funniest moment in football was sitting in the South Stand on a Monday evening and seeing Dean Holdsworth's 'SHOT' squeeze under Sander Westerveld's body for us to win 2-1 and go top of the premier league.
It was the look on Deano's face that did it.

That was particularly entertaining as they couldn't apparently see one another. Possibly only eclipsed by Denis Law (not really) sending them out of Division 1, and the cup final against Arsenal when they managed to get back into the game at 2-2 only to get shafted in the last couple of minutes. Gawd bless Alan Sunderland.officer_dibble wrote:what about when the fiilth lost 6-3 to southampton then worthy?

The grey shirt thing was the previous season (95/96) when they lost 3-1 at the Dell.Worthy4England wrote:That was particularly entertaining as they couldn't apparently see one another. Of hand my top 5.
Flipper Man : Bolton Vs Brum (oops ). Watching the 4 police officers argue amongst themselves after he managed to walk straight past them.
Gerry Taggert running 40 yards & punching Keith Curle.
All the Walsall fans doing the conga in the old embankment after we thrashed them 8-1.
That paragluider who managed to land in the ring at a Holyfield fight but miss Burnden Pk
vs Arsenal 2-2 draw ( FA Cup )
The banner at Anfield thet read " Bolton smash Souness's mugs " prior to the 2-0 FA Cup win.

If I should die, think only this of me:
That there's some corner of a foreign field
That is for ever England
