Suggestion
Have a new section of the site. Called summat like Dan's Alphabet. Dan can then have as many new pointless threads as he likes and we can hide/ignore that part of the forum homepage.

Don't forget it took us 12 months to teach Daxter how it worked. Then just as he got his head round it all he discovered girls and hasn't been seen since.

Not an expert but first you could try Contol Panel -> Clock, Language,region -> Change loaction (under region and language). Specifically for Firefox I think you have to change the dictionary used for spell checking. You may have to add the English UK dictionary and disable the English
US one.

Thanks Willy. Silly me for only looking in the options! I had to right click something I typed in order to change it! Seems to be working with proper proper English now
