Worthy's better class of transfer thread
We had a thread,
And signed some dross,
It's time for new,
Said Mr Hoss.
We need some players,
To add some class,
Put 'em here,
If they can pass.
If they can head,
And tackle too,
Worthy's thread's
The place for you.

Said Mr Hoss.
We need some players,
To add some class,
Put 'em here,

If they can head,
And tackle too,

Re: Worthy's better class of transfer thread
May I take this opportunity to ask where we are with Veloso ?
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Re: Worthy's better class of transfer thread
So we begin an all new thread,
Chances of loans,
Lots of moans,
"He'll never come here," likely said.
Chelsea owe us someone to share,
A player to keep it in midfield,
Help the defence as a protective shield,
Oriel Romeu? Not a prayer.
What about at the back?
Ream looks lightweight,
Mills' talent up for debate,
Keep it tight Owen or else it's the sack.
N’gog provides no goals up front,
Afobe’s a kid, Sordell’s got skills -
An Olympic footballer! But not Brazil’s.
We love Davo, but to him we just punt.

The class struggle continues.

"Yes, and when they grow older they know it."

Our new striker will be channelling the spirit of Hirst then.
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

But St.Owen shut the door on any thoughts of NRC rejoining last week. Tosspot that he is.
